Pricing
Firms start at $499 / month
Fermito is a flat monthly subscription for the firm. Unlimited engineers, unlimited field reviews, unlimited revisions. Tier fit — solo, team, or firm — is decided on a thirty-minute demo call, not by a usage model the firm has to translate into arithmetic.
Why the page is short
Fermito publishes a starting line, not a full price list — on purpose.
Fermito is still in the part of its life where tier fit is decided by conversation. A two-engineer practice running ten reports a month and a fifteen-engineer practice running forty aren’t on the same plan, and Fermito would rather get that right on a demo call than publish a table that sends a firm into the wrong tier.
The demo call is thirty minutes and ends with a real answer on fit. Fermito does not sell every firm that books a call — if the answer is no, Fermito will say so on the call.
What's in every tier
Five things Fermito never breaks out as an upsell.
The list below is the product, on day one, at every tier. Nothing here is held back for a larger plan.
- 01Unlimited engineers on one firm tenant
Seat provisioning is an admin operation, not a billing one. Adding a reviewer in week three doesn't change the invoice.
- 02Unlimited field reviews, unlimited revisions
Fermito is never priced on report volume. The firm that runs forty field reviews a month pays the same flat monthly line as the firm that runs fifteen.
- 03Firm-specific template tuning
The firm's actual DOCX template is ingested and the generation prompt is tuned to it. Every export matches the house format out of the box.
- 04Observation library + voice capture
Standard callouts live in a shared library the firm owns. On-site voice capture, photo upload, and AI captions are in every tier.
- 05Direct access to the builder
Early Fermito firms talk to the person who wrote the product. Template changes, prompt tuning, and feature asks go through a human, not a ticket queue.
What Fermito won’t meter
The firm knows what Fermito costs next quarter without a calculator in the way.
- No per-report fees, no overage math, no usage meters running in the background.
- No per-seat surprise billing when a new engineer joins the rollout.
- No separate charge for template tuning or house-voice onboarding — it's the work of the first month.
- No minimum-term procurement cycle. Monthly invoicing, cancellable on thirty days' notice.
Tier sketch
Three shapes, one conversation.
Tier fit is confirmed on the demo call. The sketch below is what the three shapes look like before the numbers are attached.
Solo
1 licensed engineer
A single-engineer practice running field reviews without staff support. All four product surfaces, one seat, monthly invoicing.
Team
2–10 engineers
The typical small-firm rollout. Shared observation library, custom template tuning, and a single firm-level billing line. Priority support included.
Firm
10–30 engineers
Multi-principal practices with active template work across report categories. Custom prompt tuning, SSO, and a named point of contact for template changes.
Practices above thirty engineers run on a custom shape with a DPA, data-residency options, and dedicated support. A demo call is the right place to start that conversation.
Next step
Thirty minutes, a real answer on fit.
The demo call covers tier fit, template tuning, and the first four weeks of a rollout. Fermito does not sell every firm that books a call — if the answer is no, it’ll be said on the call.
