Book a working demo
Thirty minutes. The firm’s own templates. A real answer on fit.
A Fermito demo is structured around the firm’s current report categories, the firm’s template set, and one real observation note the principal brings to the call. Fermito does not sell every firm that books a call — the call exists to decide fit, and the fit decision is made in the room.

Schedule

What to expect on the call
A thirty-minute agenda the firm can hold Fermito to.
The four blocks below are the shape of every Fermito demo. If a block runs long, another one gets cut — the call ends on time.
- 015 min · The firm
A short read on the firm's size, report volume, and the categories of sealed work most in rotation. Fermito asks, the firm answers — no sales script.
- 0210 min · Live walkthrough
Fermito is opened on a real tenant and a report is drafted from a voice walkthrough end to end — capture, generate, revise, export — against a sample visit.
- 0310 min · The firm's templates
The firm's actual DOCX template is opened side by side with the product. Fermito walks through what ingestion looks like and what the first-week tuning commits to.
- 045 min · Fit decision
A real answer on whether Fermito is the right fit for the firm today. If the answer is no, it's said in the room — no follow-up nurture cadence, no second call.
What to bring
Three things that make the call run end to end.
- A recent DOCX template. One field review report in the firm’s house format, ideally from a category the firm runs often. The template is opened on screen and walked through.
- One observation note. A single note the principal would write on a site visit — a sentence is enough. Fermito uses it to draft in the firm’s template during the walkthrough.
- A real question on fit. The question the principal is actually weighing. The answer is the decision, not a follow-up email.
